Welcome back to Thrak Attack, what's your adventure? This week's adventure is a little different. It's the tale of the weirdest holiday ever. It started with an idea... an idea of Pokemon, Thanksgiving, and Joshua Tree National Park. It was a glorious idea that sadly did not pan out. The trip started off strong with music and great road trip stories and snacks and of course, Pokemon. Unfortunately the trade option (which we needed to do) was not working proving that this Pokemon game's online system is broken. Finally we made it to Apple Valley, California! But we were sorely mistaken of the awesome weekend that was about to unfold. The house we were supposed to stay at had 3 cats and 3 dogs and 5 foster girls all in their teens. It was a recipe for disaster for an elementary school music teacher who is allergic to cats. So we decided to get a hotel room... A Motel 6 that, for some reason, still has a smoking room! So everything reeked of smoke and of course a blood...
