 Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What’s your adventure? This month, I know it’s a little late, has been filled with lots of travel adventures but also a few games, music, and TV shows thrown in there too! It’s bee sort of a light month with the end of the school year but we’ll stretch it to get a top 10 adventures of May 2022! 10. “Explosions” by Three Days Grace is a generic rock album. Nothing stood out about this album to me but nothing was so bad I had to turn it off. It’s just there and it sounds like rock music. That’s why it’s the last adventure on this list.  9. “Misery Made Me” by Silverstein is the follow up to their amazing 2020 album which made the Top 10 of the year! Although this album does have some substance with songs like “Our Song” and “Misery” and it does have some thought out themes, it just falls short of a great album.  8.   Welcome back to Thrak Attack, what's your adventure? I have never heard of Gunna before today, I don't usually follow hip-hop artists or keep up with this music. But his album was released yesterday and I thought I would give it a shot and review it! Now I must remind you that I don't know much about modern hip-hop. I know about the history of the genre, the major artists, and that's about it. So this review may be very biased and uninformed but I am a musician with a degree in music so I will review it to the best of my ability. So here is my review of "DS4EVER" by Gunna. I thought it was going to be a short day trip review to Camp Verde until my phone updated to iOS13 and I decided to get Apple Arcade, Foo Fighters released an EP, the Avett Brothers released a full length album, and there were 2 trailers and a bunch of news! Well it's been a big week for adventures and I would love to talk about all of it but unfortunately I've been suffering from a sore throat all week. So I am skipping the podcast and video this week, they will return when the throat is back to normal. It sucks because we have all aspects of Thrak Attack covered. NEWS! -Apple iPad and Mac event will be held on October 30th. Do I smell a new iPad for Black Friday? -Record Store Day (also on Black Friday) will be featuring a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990 film soundtrack on vinyl. -Netflix cancels Luke Cage a week after cancelling Iron Fist.
