 Welcome back to Thrak Attack, what's your adventure? I am sorry I have been absent, there's been a lot going on. But we're back to the old schedule. In order to catch you guys up. we're going to do a Top 10 list of all of the releases in march. There is an entry of every category too which is nice! So let's not wait any longer and get started on the Top 10 adventures of March 2022! 10. "Mainstream Sellout" by Machine Gun Kelly is not a great album but I think it's aware of that enough to make it not a terrible album. I really loved "Tickets to my Downfall" but this one just feels too much of the same for it to stick with me.  9. "Crash" by CharliXCX should have been a great album but it is plagued with over production of some songs and underproduction of others. It also features a very blatant use of plagiarism in the form of the song "Beg for You" which is exactly the same as September's "Cry For You".  8...

 Welcome back to Thrak Attack, what's your adventure? This month took us to some pretty weird places such as the TVA, the mushroom kingdom, a garage for game building, Washington Heights, and the Nowhere Generation. Here is the top 10 adventures we went on in June! 10. The Bad Batch is a solid show on Disney+ that struggles to know who it's audience is. The more I watch the more I dislike it and the more I want to punch Omega right in the teeth. The dark tones clash with the child friendly plots and it just doesn't work after 10 episodes in. 9. "Nowhere Generation" by Rise Against is not a great album... but the title track is killer! You can really tell when listening that song is where most of their energy went for this album. They lyrics are mesmerizing and keep you intrigued and the chorus is a wordy anthem that makes you want to listen again and again. It is contender for song of the year, however the album is not.  8. "Back of My Mind" by H.E.R ....

 Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What's your adventure? Well, we made it to the end of 2020. Lots of changes this year and lots of delayed releases but we made it through! You know what that means, it's time for the Top 10 lists of the year! Full disclosure. I missed some movies (Tenet, Monster Hunter, Wonder Woman 1984)  but I feel like other than that I have a pretty comprehensive list of the year! Each one will have a small picture and a little blurb about why I liked them. So here we go, the top 10 Movies of 2020! Top 10 Movies 10. Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga is a fun and charming Netflix film starring Will Ferrell and Rachel McAdams that features great characters, scenery, and music. The cast was fantastic and "Ja Ja Ding Dong" is the best song from a movie this year! 9. Wolfwalkers is a beautifully animated film on Apple TV+ deep into Irish mythology and deep allegories. Themes of embracing change, religion, and what it means to be in a cage...

Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What's your adventure? The start of Season 2 brings us a lot to look forward to! This season will have monthly episodes so there will be 12 episodes this season. Those posts will be much larger though and will have more adventures in each post. Monthly Podcasts and eventually videos will follow as well. This part of the premier will be a look into the future to see what content will actually be releasing! We will be looking at Movies, Albums, Video Games, Travel, and new to this season is TV series. Top 10 of the OT's! TOP 10 ALBUMS 10. "Awaken, My Love!" by Childish Gambino is one the quintessential albums of the decade. The cultural and musical influences he uses and creates with this album are astonishing! 9. "Wasting Light" by Foo Fighters is one of many they released this decade but is the album I believe is their best of them all. TRAILERS Soul is Pixar's newest trailer and will be the movie after Onwards. This one looks way better and seems much more on Pixar's calibre of film. We shall see how it turns out! This week's adventures took us to the theater twice with 2 new movies Joker and Gemini Man, 3 new trailers with Jungle Cruise, Birds of Prey, and Onward and a new video game for PS4 called Concrete Genie. Before we get into the reviews though, let's go over some of the news that came up this week! NEWS! -The Disney Skyliner broke down leaving guests stranded in the air for hours. The system has since closed and no word on when it will reopen. -Ginger Baker, legendary drummer of Cream, passes away at the age of 80. -Disney announces there will be a Moana 2... of course, it's the era of sequels and remakes -Pokemon officially reveal Galarian Ponyta after it's tease during the 24 hour live stream. Especially a lot of news for the Disney+ Streaming service launching in November. So let's get into the wealth of information we got this week at D23! DISNEY MOVIES -"Raya and the Lost Dragon" is an animated feature releasing Thanksgiving 2020 -More information on the live action "Jungle Cruise" film has been released it will star Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt but still no release date. -"Maleficent: Mistress of Evil" also receives new information and will be releasing on October 18, 2019 -"Mulan" will get the live action makeover with a tentative date of March 27th 2020 -Emma Stone has been shown off as Cruella and will star in her own movie as the iconic villain. -"Lady and the Tramp" will also get a live action remake in the form of...

The video game front we have indie game exclusive to the Nintendo Switch titled "Cadence of Hyrule", on the movie front we have a movie that should not exist titled "Toy Story 4", and on the music front we have the third Raconteurs album titled "Help Us Stranger". "Cadence of Hyrule" is an indie game from the studio that brought us "Crypt of the Necrodancer". It is a rhythm based RPG featuring characters from the Legend of Zelda series and the player is forced to move and attack to the beat of the music. Well another year has come and gone with some amazing adventures and memorable experiences! This part one of the years end review which I will list out all of the adventures I have been on this year. Every video game played, every movie enjoyed, every trip to somewhere new, and every musical adventure (song and album). Tomorrow's post will be the actual list but I wanted to write today and I figured to split up the post into 2 different sections with one as a general overview and one with the full list.
