 Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What's your adventure? This month took us to Appalachia (twice), New York City (twice) Ancient China, the Mushroom Kingdom, and many a skatepark! It's been a long month but a successful month as well and I am happy to give you this month's Top 10 adventures! 10. "Medium Rarities" by Mastadon This album was interesting in theory but had no substance to back it up. As opposed to another album on this list, the inclusion of many instrumentals took you out of the experience of the album and made it feel like an incomplete collection of music. "Jaguar God" and "Asleep in the Deep" are the stand out tracks here. 9. "Yellow Coat" by Matt Costa This album was a light filler in the quiet parts of my month but never became more than that. We got a new album from Cage the Elephant titled "Social Cues" and some new content for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate! But before we get into that, let's go through some news! NEWS! -Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order gets a release for the Nintendo Switch of July 19th. -Capcom is releasing a home arcade system. -Apparently we're getting a Minecraft movie in 2022. Why?!? Because money. -We're getting an all digital Xbox One X for $250 which is actually a pretty solid idea. -Rush is releasing "A Farewell to Kings" graphic novel which should be pretty legit. -Jason Mamoa shaves off his iconic beard! -Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway is coming to Toontown in Disneyland in 2022! Welcome back to Thrak Attack! We're closing out the year with our last regular post of 2018. We are getting into Top 10's of 2018 territory and I also still have one more movie to review. NEWS! -The first look at the Sonic the Hedgehog film looks horrendous and I can't wait shovel popcorn into my mouth as I watch this terrible film! -The 7 new Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees have been announced and include The Cure, Def Leppard, Janet Jackson, Stevie Nicks, Radiohead, Roxy Music, and The Zombies. None of my favorites but all great choices. -Tony Hawk finally releases an mobile game for iOS and Android titled "Tony Hawk Skate Jam". I got a great game and a good trailer to get me through the week. I also have a lot of news from a variety of things, so let's get started! NEWS! -MTV is contemplating rebooting Celebrity Deathmatch and I could not be more excited. -Netflix is paying $100 million dollars to keep friends streaming for 1 more year... That's seems a bit excessive. -Joker from Persona 5 is coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as the first DLC character out of 5... Can Banjo Kazooie be the next? Welcome back to Thrak Attack! I completely forgot about a big portion of last week's news and events. Nintendo had a Super Smash Bros dedicated Nintendo Direct on November 1st with lots of details on Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. I didn't know whether to put this into the news segment of the  post or make it it's own segment so I completely forgot to add it. So this is post #4.5 and will feature all of the stuff I missed on Wednesday's post. As an added bonus, I will also be putting in one of the weirdest but amazing news stories this blog has seen! So let's get rocking! Smash Direct So Nintendo held a live stream Nintendo Direct on November 1st and dedicated it solely to Super Smash Bros.
