 Welcome back to Thrak Attack, what's your adventure? I am sorry I have been absent, there's been a lot going on. But we're back to the old schedule. In order to catch you guys up. we're going to do a Top 10 list of all of the releases in march. There is an entry of every category too which is nice! So let's not wait any longer and get started on the Top 10 adventures of March 2022! 10. "Mainstream Sellout" by Machine Gun Kelly is not a great album but I think it's aware of that enough to make it not a terrible album. I really loved "Tickets to my Downfall" but this one just feels too much of the same for it to stick with me.  9. "Crash" by CharliXCX should have been a great album but it is plagued with over production of some songs and underproduction of others. It also features a very blatant use of plagiarism in the form of the song "Beg for You" which is exactly the same as September's "Cry For You".  8...

 Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What's your adventure? We finally made it to the end of 2021 and what a crazy year it was! The return to the movie theater was a highlight of the year and there were some great movies to be seen! Here are the Top 10 movies of the year with a little review of each! 10. The United States vs. Billie Holiday was the first good movie of the year, only because January is a dumping ground for horrible movies (I'm looking at you "Music"). This movie had a great soundtrack, message, and acting. It also was an important movie to bring awareness to what this historic musician did for music and the African American community.    9.   Cruella was the first movie I saw in theaters after the pandemic so it has a special place in my heart. It was not the best film and I was a little wary of it being a sequel that glorified a puppy murderer but it was a solid film.  Welcome back to Thrak Attack, what's your adventure? This month had a ton of new adventures that took us all over the place! We were taken to 1990's UK and NYC, a magical Encanto in Colombia, a return to Skyrim and the Sinnoh region, the studio of Silk Sonic, the home of Adele, and many more! It's been a great month so let's get going with the Top 10 Adventures of November 2021! 10. Spencer is a period drama piece all about Princess Diana. The movie stars Kristen Stewart as Diana Spencer and her struggles with fitting into the royal family. Stewart does a fantastic job at playing this historical figure, the music is suspenseful and jazzy, and the themes throughout the film are very specific and deep. The problem with the film, as my wife who is a huge history buff especially when it comes to European royalty, is that some of the facts in the film are very different than what actually happened. This coupled with a slow pace makes this movie less than stellar but still ...

Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What's your adventure? This week's adventure took us back to Arendelle and beyond! Frozen 2 was a fantastic sequel that built on the lore and world of that story with an impactful story. Although it was clearly a tacked on story and afterthought, they did an awesome job continuing the story. The music was great, the characters were great, and the visuals were fantastic. I don't often see 3D movies but this one was well worth it! I really don't have a lot to say about this movie except that's really good but it also leaves a lot to be desired. Like some plot points that were not answered correctly or some recurring jokes that just didn't land. My favorite concept from this film has been the dynamic between Anna and Elsa. Elsa has powers but always seems to cause the issues rather than solve them. Anna has no powers but has the power to fix all of the problems. It's really great lesson and moral to the story! Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What's your adventure? This week had a few adventures including a weekend trip to Baltimore for my sister's wedding and an actual dive into the content of Disney+! So without further introduction, let's get into it! BALTIMORE Baltimore is an amazing city where I actually originated from! We arrived Friday morning and was our time to explore the inner harbor. We stopped at an IHOP for breakfast and walked around the Inner Harbor which was a beautiful cool morning. We walked by the Christmas Village, the National Aquarium, the Power Plant, and the World Trade Center. We then walked into the city a bit and saw Edgar Allen Poe's gravesite and explored the cemetery. Finally we got into our hotel room at the Royal Sonesta but went to lunch with the family at Nick's Seafood and I had a delicious crab cake and a Natty Bo beer! That evening we walked to the Rusty Scupper for the rehearsal dinner and had a wonderful time. The wedding was beaut...

Little Town Hero is the newest game from Gamefreak for the Nintendo Switch and the "final" trailer for Rise of Skywalker is out so let's get started! NEWS! -The Fountain of Nations at EPCOT has officially been demolished for the overhaul of the park. I loved this found and thought it created a great kinetic energy and brought together the theming for both sides of the park. Sad to see it go. -Nickelodeon Universe in New Jersey officially opened as the largest indoor theme park in the Western Hemisphere. Such a cool idea for a park and it looks amazing! -Pokemon Center store in London is open and has seen huge success! This week's adventures took us to the theater twice with 2 new movies Joker and Gemini Man, 3 new trailers with Jungle Cruise, Birds of Prey, and Onward and a new video game for PS4 called Concrete Genie. I thought it was going to be a short day trip review to Camp Verde until my phone updated to iOS13 and I decided to get Apple Arcade, Foo Fighters released an EP, the Avett Brothers released a full length album, and there were 2 trailers and a bunch of news! This week is a huge week for content on Thrak Attack! 2 new video games (1 that just came out and one that has been out for about a month), 2 new albums (one brand new and one that came out a few weeks ago), and a bunch of news from Disney, Pokemon, Marvel, White Stripes, and more! POKEMON NEWS! -Gen 5 Pokemon are now in Pokemon Go! I just got a Klink from a raid earlier. -Sirfetch'd is a fighting type evolution to Farfetch'd which will be an exclusive for Pokemon Sword. DISNEY NEWS! -Water from the Fountain of Nations (one of the things I'm sad to see go) will be used in the new Moana water attraction in EPCOT. -Spaceship Earth's theme and concept will be updated to fit in the new theme of EPCOT. Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What's your adventure? So it's been a little while but this week we have an actual adventure. Like for real traveling to a destination (or several) and exploring what that place has to offer. So because this post is so massive let us dive right in! I woke up on Friday, trimmed the tree in my front yard and got my final packing done. My girlfriend took me to the airport and dropped me off. I was flying from Phoenix to London that afternoon. A solid 10 hour flight. I wanted to keep moving so I wandered around the airport until it was time to get on the plane. On the 10 hour flight I played some Fire Emblem: Three Houses (still playing it by the way), I watched "A Star is Born" which was fine but not great, listened to Tool's "Fear Inoculum", and took plenty of naps. ...

The video game front we have indie game exclusive to the Nintendo Switch titled "Cadence of Hyrule", on the movie front we have a movie that should not exist titled "Toy Story 4", and on the music front we have the third Raconteurs album titled "Help Us Stranger".
