POKEMON SWORD AND SHIELD LEAKS!!!

WARNING SPOILERS AHEAD DO NO READ IF YOU DO NOT WANT SPOILERS!

Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What's your adventure? This week's adventure is not a traditional adventure. In 2 weeks Pokemon Sword and Shield will be releasing on Nintendo Switch and we got almost every new Pokemon leaked this week! Here's how this will go, I will talk little bit about my thoughts on each line and at the end tell you what my first run through team will be. Let's get started!

Grookey, Thwackey, and Rilaboom is the pure grass starter line. it's a great line but I don't like the middle evolution's coloring. It's like green, bright green, and then brown? It just seems odd but I love the idea of the drummer gorilla!
Scorbunny, Raboot, and Cinderace is the pure fire starter line. It's not the best line because I don't like the clothes The Pokemon are wearing in their designs. Maybe it'll look better in motions but It's not my favorite.
Sobble, Drizzle, and Inteleon is the pure water starter line. This is the best starter line in the game! Drizzle is such a cool middle line (minus his weird green gloves), but Inteleon is so cool and such a sleek design!
Rookiedee, Corvasquire, and Corvaknight is the "generic" bird line but will go down as the greatest "generic" bird line in Pokemon history. The first 2 stages are pure flying which is awesome and then Corvaknight gets the flying/steel type. This is perfect!
Skwovet and Greedent are the generic rodent of this generation. They're pure normal and awful.
Wooloo and Dubwool are pure normal types and are very appropriate Pokemon for the Galar region. Not my favorite line but it's totally fine!
Gossifleur and Eldagoss are dandelion Pokemon that are pure grass type. Their designs are a bit odd but they do make sense as Pokemon but they just don't match.
Nicket and Thievel are pure dark types that seem to be a great beginning to mid-game Pokemon! They will probably be a placeholder on the final team until I catch all of them!
Yamper and Bolthund are electric type dog Pokemon which are based off the corgi and then the hunting hounds used in England hunts. I hope they do something with Thievel and Bolthund because those would be the two Pokemon that have a connection.
Milcery and Alcremie are pure fairy types and are awful.
Blipbug, Dottler, and Orbeetle are a bug and bug/psychic types which is the first Pokemon to use that typing! I really love the design and typing of this Pokemon!
Morpeko is an electric and dark type Pikachu clone with a form change gimmick.
Chewtle and Dreadnaw are water and water/rock type snapper turtle Pokemon. It looks like a tank and the baby evolution is oddly cute!
Hattena, Hattrem, and Hatterene are a psychic type line with Hatterene being psychic/fairy. It's a cool 3 stage evolution line which the previous games have been sorely missing but the more I look at them, the more I like them!
Arrokuda, Barraskewda are pure water barracuda Pokemon which are totally fine.
Cramorant is a flying/water type Pokemon which has been previously revealed. He's very kooky!
Silicobra and Sandaconda are pure ground type Pokemon and it seems to be the only ground type Pokemon so far? This is very sad if this is the only ground representation for these games.
Sinister and Poltergeist are pure ghost types that are haunting a tea set and I could not be more in love. I hated it at first until I started thinking about the Galar region and what it was based on!
Rolycoly, Carkoal, Coalossal are rock and then rock/fire Pokemon and it was an amazing three stage line. It's such to see a coal Pokemon that basically looks like a Galarian Rhyperior but it's own thing.
Cufant and Copperajah are pure steel type elephant Pokemon. I love this idea and design of an Indian elephant that is a spice jar from that region! So cool!
Impidimp, Morgrem, and Grimmsnarl are dark/fairy type Pokemon which is the first of its kind. This is another really cool 3 stage line also using the lore of the UK for it's design.
Toxel and Toxitricity are poison/electric type which is also the first of its kind. A great typing and a really interesting design. I have no idea what's based on but it looks super cool!
Snom and Frosmoth are ice/bug type Pokemon. Yet another Pokemon that is the first of it's kind. I don't like Snom it's a bad design and name but it evens out because Frosmoth is so cool!
Sizzlepede and Centiscortch are fire/bug type Pokemon which is a unique typing but not the first time we've seen it. It's an amazing and creepy Pokemon line that has a cool design.
Clobbopus and Grapploct are pure fighting type octopus lucha libra Pokemon which have really cool designs but I don't like the color change. But I also get that they're octopi and can change their colors!
Duraladon is a steel/dragon type Pokemon that has been officially revealed and I do not like it.
Stonjurnor is a pure rock type Stonehenge Pokemon that I am super into. Pure rock type has not been confirmed but I don't know what else it would be.
Pincurchin is a pure electric pincushion sea urchin Pokemon. That is all.
Ideedee is a psychic/normal catlike Pokemon. I'm honestly surprised it's not a galarian Meowstic.
Applin, Flapple, Appletun are grass/dragon type Pokemon and I am absolutely in love! The idea of a bug that has grown into the apple it lives in until it becomes an apple pie dragon is just brilliant!
Eiscue is a pure ice type penguin Pokemon with an ice cube on it's head. It does have 2 forms but it's a dumb Pokemon.
Dreepy, Drakloak, Dragopult are dragon/ghost type Pokemon that is a stealth bomber plane Pokemon. I love the design and the typing but the typing doesn't really make sense to me, maybe because it's stealthy like ghost?
Falinks is a pure fighting type Pokemon which looks like a worm but it's actually a bunch of soldierlike pieces that line up with their shields and spears to create one solid mass. I didn't like it at first but now I get it and I'm onboard.
Dracozolt (electric/dragon), Arctozolt (electric/ice), Dracovish (water/dragon), and Arctovish (water/ice) are the fossil Pokemon for this generation that are mix and matched pieces. I love the concept and type combinations but I don't love the designs.
Zacian is a pure fairy type but also has his box art form where he get's his sword which makes him fairy/steel
Zamazenta is a pure fighting type Pokemon and in his box art form he grabs his shield and also gains the steel type. I will be playing through Shield first so this will be my legendary.
Eternatus is the 3rd legendary Pokemon for these games which is a giant space demon chicken thing. It's super cool and creepy and it also has the poison/dragon type Pokemon. It's pretty solid

THE GEN 8 TEAM IS...

Cinderace
Bolthund
Drednaw
Polteageist
Orbeetle
Appletun

Well I'm done fanboying out for the night! Thanks for reading! Tell me your team!

                              All the Best, Ross

El Deafo

Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What's your adventure? This week's adventure takes into the world of Cece Bell's graphic novel turned into an Apple TV+ series titled "El Deafo". It is a semi autobiographical tale of her early life and dealing with her struggles of being deaf. The series also features original music from Waxahatchee a very underrated artist in my opinion! So let's get started on our review and head to Virginia to meet Cece Bell in "El Deafo" First off I would like to say the character designs are super cute and enjoyable to watch. I love the design of the rabbits and the clean lines of the show are very pleasant to look at. The tone of the show is very colorful yet muted and pastel which I really enjoy.  Now I won't give away the plot but as you can guess from the title and the poster that this is the story of how Cece lost her hearing. It is great to see a story for children addressing this topic for them to understand the issue ...

Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock

Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What's your adventure? Today's adventure takes us deep into the walls and underneath the ground to the land of Fraggle Rock. But this isn't the first time we've been here, we remember this place from long ago and it's time to go back. A reboot of a series that ended in 1987 is just what Apple TV+ needs right? Let's find out! Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock has 13 episodes in it's first season and it's just as charming as you remember. The muppets look as good as ever, the characters a charming, and the world building in this show is actually quite good! Each episode has a fun adventure with a pretty solid through line of exploring "outer space" which is just our world. There are some pretty great jokes that go along with this too. In the pilot episode one of the characters gets attacked by a dog, when telling his friends about it he says "I was attacked by the most vicious space monster" and it cuts to t...
