MOVIES 10. Blinded By the Light- Very corny, very heart warming! 9. Spider-Man: Far From Home- First film in Phase 4, I don't care what they say! 8. Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What's your adventure? This week's adventure took us back to Arendelle and beyond! Frozen 2 was a fantastic sequel that built on the lore and world of that story with an impactful story. Although it was clearly a tacked on story and afterthought, they did an awesome job continuing the story. The music was great, the characters were great, and the visuals were fantastic. I don't often see 3D movies but this one was well worth it! I really don't have a lot to say about this movie except that's really good but it also leaves a lot to be desired. Like some plot points that were not answered correctly or some recurring jokes that just didn't land. My favorite concept from this film has been the dynamic between Anna and Elsa. Elsa has powers but always seems to cause the issues rather than solve them. Anna has no powers but has the power to fix all of the problems. It's really great lesson and moral to the story! We are well int...

Welcome back to Thrak Attack, what's your adventure? This week's adventure is a little different. It's the tale of the weirdest holiday ever. It started with an idea... an idea of Pokemon, Thanksgiving, and Joshua Tree National Park. It was a glorious idea that sadly did not pan out. The trip started off strong with music and great road trip stories and snacks and of course, Pokemon. Unfortunately the trade option (which we needed to do) was not working proving that this Pokemon game's online system is broken. Finally we made it to Apple Valley, California! But we were sorely mistaken of the awesome weekend that was about to unfold. The house we were supposed to stay at had 3 cats and 3 dogs and 5 foster girls all in their teens. It was a recipe for disaster for an elementary school music teacher who is allergic to cats. So we decided to get a hotel room... A Motel 6 that, for some reason, still has a smoking room! So everything reeked of smoke and of course a blood...

Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What's your adventure? This week had a few adventures including a weekend trip to Baltimore for my sister's wedding and an actual dive into the content of Disney+! So without further introduction, let's get into it! BALTIMORE Baltimore is an amazing city where I actually originated from! We arrived Friday morning and was our time to explore the inner harbor. We stopped at an IHOP for breakfast and walked around the Inner Harbor which was a beautiful cool morning. We walked by the Christmas Village, the National Aquarium, the Power Plant, and the World Trade Center. We then walked into the city a bit and saw Edgar Allen Poe's gravesite and explored the cemetery. Finally we got into our hotel room at the Royal Sonesta but went to lunch with the family at Nick's Seafood and I had a delicious crab cake and a Natty Bo beer! That evening we walked to the Rusty Scupper for the rehearsal dinner and had a wonderful time. The wedding was beaut...

Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What's your adventure? This week's adventures took us to the Galar region and made us watch a whole bunch of upcoming movie trailers for 2020. So let's see what Generation 8 has in store for us and what movies we will start the decade out with! TRAILERS! 1. Sonic the Hedgehog looks like a horrible movie. Thankfully, no longer does Sonic. They completely redesigned the character to such a positive response I will have to go see this movie to support their efforts! 2. Scoob is the next feature length Scooby Doo movie which features the origin story of how Scooby and Shaggy met. It looks cute enough but it seems a little more mature than the audience it is intended for. I'll probably skip this one. 3. Spongebob Squarepants: Sponge on the Run is a fully 3D animated spongebob film. I didn't like that fact until I realized it was the 3rd Spongebob movie and now I'm alright with it. Unfortunately the plot seems very similar to an epi...

WARNING SPOILERS AHEAD DO NO READ IF YOU DO NOT WANT SPOILERS! Welcome back to Thrak Attack! What's your adventure? This week's adventure is not a traditional adventure. In 2 weeks Pokemon Sword and Shield will be releasing on Nintendo Switch and we got almost every new Pokemon leaked this week! Here's how this will go, I will talk little bit about my thoughts on each line and at the end tell you what my first run through team will be. Let's get started! Grookey, Thwackey, and Rilaboom is the pure grass starter line. it's a great line but I don't like the middle evolution's coloring. It's like green, bright green, and then brown? It just seems odd but I love the idea of the drummer gorilla! Scorbunny, Raboot, and Cinderace is the pure fire starter line. It's not the best line because I don't like the clothes The Pokemon are wearing in their designs. Maybe it'll look better in motions but It's not my favorite. Sobble, Drizzle, ...
